"i arrived at 230 am and taught i. paid for breakfast on expedia 43 US x 2 only to find out that i had to pay 62 $ extra at the hotel that kinda throw me off ! even though i was telling the staff and showed them my receipt still had to repay for breakfast !"

"We had no hot water for 6 nights. Staff stated that solar was not working and due to holiday maintenance was not available. I complained to front desk from day we checked in (Thursday) but was told manager will be in following Tuesday. Upon checking out I requested partial refund or another night. We were comped one more night in a different room that had hot water. This shows that we could have been moved to a different room that had hot water but no one notified us of this. No one is transparent at this hotel."
