First night there girlfriend received bites on legs. Showed the management team in the morning and they did switch our room with a minor upgrade also. The 2nd or 3rd morning was able to talk with the management team and again showed them the bites. They forst stated were from Mosquito (which was not possible) and then asked what we would like. They did a free of charge for one night which i told them was the LEAST that they could do. They did just that. THE ABSOLUTE LEAST that I asked for. No further compensation of the stay, no added compensation, nothing.

The was not up to standard, the shower glass is stained, grout is dirty and some corners have black stuff. There was a double sink in room when I opened one, the water from the drain went straight to the floor. Check in process is outdated.
