The rooms are basic but functional. Staff generally pleasant, polite and helpful. Mattresses are very hard. The gym on-site is world class!!! For a business traveler or someone on a budget I recommend.

Pros: Clean hotel and a hot breakfast daily. Casino onsite, we did not visit however, so no comments. Cons: Bed and pillows are very hard. It's like sleeping on a hard wooden bench with a mattress pad. We had 2 rooms for a 5 day stay; however, I could not use my balcony for 4 of those days because workers were camped out there with construction equipment. Additionally, my room was not cleaned properly one day. Housekeeping started but did not finish. I alerted the management team of both instances and I received an apology via an email. No monetary compensation or a small gift, or a one night stay compensation just the emai! Will never stay here again, this was not a good experience for us. Expedia did end up crediting us some one key cash, which is good towards another booking on Expedia.

The property is modern, clean, and the staff is courteous. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of choices. The location is not far from the town. The massage therapist was good, but the stairs were too much for me. However, I was satisfied with the service

I must say excellent place, the breakfast is delicious. House keeping staff dont know english. I had my do not disturb sign on my door outside and leave the room for five minutes. When i return i saw three staff member in my room saying no english., no english. I reported it to the front desk they said sorry.

The property was okay for a budget location. One issue is the language barrier - mandarin with staff with minimal English. Secondly there isn’t any iron/steamers in the room. Thirdly the electricity went twice.

Hotel, bedroom, washroom was clean, staff was friendly. There is a glass wall separating the beds from the shower and the blind for that is on the outside so anyone can pull it up while you are in the shower. The beds are uncomfortable, very hard and pillows are a bit too flat for me. The lobby bar is expensive! Overall I would stay again because of price and proximity.

The hotel is clean & safe, the rooms were clean and had almost everything you need, bathroom door hook would he helpful, for towels etc. Staff do try hard, some language barriers, Spanish/Chineese staff understanding not all I said, but the did try hard. The GM Ms Pamela, was very kind and helpful, as were the front dest team. Could do with another good clean & good value resturant, not just Chineese. Not much else close by. I will be back. Thanks
