I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were well‑maintained. Breakfast was fresh and far better than expected. Every interaction felt genuine, and I left feeling relaxed and well cared for. I’d gladly stay again.

Room was clean, ac was new, walls are thin lol. But it’s an old building sooo. Breakfast was good, they have hot chocolate, coffee, tea, cookies available all day. We enjoyed our visit.

Loved staying here over the holidays! The front desk staff were very kind & made us feel at home. They even gave us some bread made from their kitchen to take home when we checked out! The antique vibe of the hotel was very quaint & everything was very clean.

The best thing about the Gatlinburg Inn is the location. Its close to alot of restaurants. We visited the Skypark and that was just a couple minutes walk. I suppose that is why it was more expensive then most. The employees are very nice. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was very old and needs updating. That made it seem like it wasn't very clean. The shower didn't barely drain. By the time I was done,I was standing in a pool of water. There is no refrigerator or microwave. I doubt we will stay there again.
