We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please Note: The upstairs bedroom is a loft that is open to the living room below it.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.

-This property is part of the Chalet Village Community and has access to their community pools.

Please Note:
- Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

- Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open.

- South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays. It is located at 1319 South Baden Drive. The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible.

- North Pool hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. It is closed on Wednesdays. It is located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. You may check this for the exact location, 705 Village Loop Road.

- Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- No food or drink in the hot tub.

- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.


Please take note of the Community Pool Rules:
* Please be respectful and considerate of other guests at all times!
* Please watch your language as it may be offensive to others and there are usually children present!
* If you bring a music source, please keep the volume down so that only you and your party can enjoy it.
* Be certain that you and your guests obey the instructions of the pool monitors, they are here for your safety and the safety of the Club and they are only doing their jobs, they do not make the rules.

IN THE INTEREST OF OVERALL SAFETY:

* In the event of lightning or thunder, the pool monitor must close the pool for 30 minutes following the last seen strike. This is not negotiable! The pool monitor will notify all guests when they may swim again.
* The pool will be closed for swimming during any rain storm. The pool monitor will notify guests when swimming can resume.
* If the pool monitor must correct/discipline any member of your party, they will receive 2 warnings. The third time, your entire party will be asked to leave the facilities for the remainder of the day and your pass will be flagged.
* In the event any member of your party is disruptive to the point where the police are called, your pass will be revoked.
* Please keep any consumption of alcohol discreet and under control. NO GLASS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. If you have glass bottles, keep them in your vehicle and we will be happy to give you plastic cups to pour your beverage into. Again, no glass is allowed on the pool deck.
* Water toys and floats are permitted when space allows. However, it is essential that the pool monitors see everyone in the water. Therefore, float use will be at pool monitors’ discretion. Arm floaties and baby floats are permitted at any time.
* Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* There is no headfirst diving or flips permitted at any pool at any time.
* You must stay off the safety ropes.
* No running or roughhousing is permitted.

Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC’s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 11:00PM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
