The cleanliness, staff and hotel itself was amazing. The only problem we had was at check in. Paid for a deluxe queen with water view on Expedia but was told a deluxe queen was the same as a standard room without view. Had to pay an xtra $100 for an upgrade. Expedia needs to change wording to say supreme queen for hotel to acknowledge water view.

We stayed for a week, myself and 2 teenage girls, the room was always clean, they emptied our trash and vacuumed every day with always fresh towels. The girls got breakfast the first day and enjoyed it, other days we were out early. My girls loved being outside swimming every night and then using the indoor pool after that. All the staff at the hotel was.amazing with helping us with directions, helping the girls.get change and snacks. Thanks for a.wonderful stay, we will for sure recommend to our friends and family and for sure return.

Stayed a few years ago and there was a hot tub but this time around no hot tub and the inside “heated” pool was ice cold. The whole reason for staying was for 24 hr pool and hot tub just to be let down.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was not super nice when we first got here. I asked the staff member where our room was located room 413 and they refused to answer and laughed at me like I was asking a ridiculous question. I have stayed many places, but this was not my favorite. It started on the wrong foot. We asked for towels when we got back to the room. They were just thrown up on the counter, not put where they should’ve been. The trash was not emptied the whole time we were there the first night we did put do not disturb. We stayed three nights the second night. We left the do not disturb off the door. They came in and slammed the towels down left the trash, which they were totally full the trash cans I would not stay there again.

Gray overnight stay in between our trip to Dollywood. The hotel was accommodating, friendly, and a clean room and bathroom. Complementary breakfast in the morning and located in a perfect spot amongst 100+ activities and restaurants.

The only complaint that I have is that our room was not cleaned. They only switched the towels and emptied the trash from the bathroom but not from the room. The receptionist when we checked in was amazing. I believe her name was Loretta.

The staff was very nice here and the rooms were clean and very roomy. The balconies were very enjoyable the beds were soft and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My only real complaint is that there is not enough room for seating in the area where they hold breakfast. The food was okay but it wasn't great. It was a buffet of sorts but limited and it was so noisy you could barely hear yourself think. If they had a way to expand their morning room to allow for people to sit comfortably and eat I think it would be an absolutely amazing stay. We definitely had fun. The kids loved the pool with the slide, they're lazy river and even the little kitty Splash Pool although that was cold water when the rest was warm. Also the game room had been stripped out which was disappointing. I don't think I would stay there if I was going to take in a lot of the local entertainment as the money spent on the room would have been better spent on the sites. However if you're going for the views in the mountains maybe planning to do some hiking it's definitely worth having a nice place to stay when you're finished.

Honest review

We only stayed for one night. The Inn is very outdated. Our view was a cemetery. It appeared that the curtains had blood stain stains on them. They really need to update the hotel. It smelled and i was thankful i bring my own bedding and pillows. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was the same every day no change up Example go from sausage patties, one day to bacon one day, two sausage links, one day, etc. instead of the same every day it was good though. There was an issue with the elevator while we were there . Other than that, the stay was fine.
