The parking was horrible. No handicapped parking and the dining room was so small a large family could fill it up. The floor was dirty in the room. Was like vinyl hardwood floors but when i stepped in the shower the floor was black. I was disappointed but i slept well.

Our room was very clean and nice and hallway was clean and freshly painted. Parking was a little tight. Also breakfast wasn't good and only two tables to sit at.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. It was quiet and close to the main shops in Gatlinburg. The only problem was the TV remote battery cover was broken and the batteries would fall out sometimes.

We arrived around 12:00pm and I told the lady at the desk I was there to check in and she said it’s too early and that I had to wait until 3:00. I understand the check in time listed is 3:00pm, but most hotels allow you to check in earlier. So we went down to the strip, ate lunch and walked around a little while. Went back a few minutes before 3:00 to check in and there was a young gentleman at the desk. He was very polite and welcoming. He gave me room key and told me that I needed to park in the back and unload then use parking pass to park in lot. However he did not let us know there was another building, so it took a little while to find our room. There was another couple just as lost as us that we met in parking lot. When we finally got in the room, we noticed a can of tobacco on the shelf, which let me know the room was not thoroughly cleaned. When I went to check out I noticed the very small breakfast area and it was already crowded with 4 people there, so I did not stay or even look to see what was offered. Overall stay was okay.
