Exceptional Hotel near attractions

Very much enjoyed the stay. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and to the attractions in Gatlinburg. Shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Balcony was very nice and clean. One weird thing is that most of the employees are foreigners but they are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made the experience even better. The views were absolutely beautiful-especially from the rooftop restaurant, which was spotless and a stunning overlook of Gatlinburg. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to Downtown Parkway, making it super convenient to explore the area.

The hotel is immaculately clean. Everything is brand new, because it was just finished being built. The service was also very good. Everyone was very attentive. I didn't like the bed pillows. They are very fat, but they shrink down to nothing, so in the morning you wake up with a stiff neck. Also, the restaurant on the top floor is beautiful and brand new, but the food and the drinks are extremely expensive and the breakfast was overpriced, cold, and they were out of a lot of things when I got to the buffet. No discount, $23 for breakfast per person.
This was my breakfast plate, which they were out of potatoes, and there were a few cold miserable sausages. No discount!

I would come back to Gatlinburg JUST to stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the roof top area. The staff were amazing!
