This was such a beautiful property and perfect for my family!! Amazing views, near everything, comfortable beds, hot showers, very relaxing, and had everything we needed!! The owners were excellent with communicating with us. I will definitely be back, but in the fall to see the foliage!! We had an incredible time!!

We actually ended up staying in another property owned by Vicky and Brian due to this one being unavailable. The new property Smokey Mountain Vista was just two doors down and twice the size! The house was beautiful and clean. The internet worked great and having a lower floor game room/bunk room for my kids was perfect. The wood fireplace inside and gas fireplace outside were perfect for the cooler nights. Vicky was very easy to reach. We had found the hot tub had be left uncovered and was a bit of a mess, but she had called someone out to come out and clean it the very next day, so we didn't miss out enjoying the hot tub! Definitely would book again with Vicky and Brian!

Very nice cabin. Clean and welcoming. The drive up wasn't too bad and the view was great. Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg, but far enough away to not be bothered by crowds.

Negatives first: It was not the cleanest place with dog hair on some of the furniture and carpet, there was some mold in the bathroom and it was a little musty smelling. Just the basics were provided. There were no replacement rolls of toilet paper or paper towels and we ran out before our stay was up. No shampoo or conditioner was provided but I think that was stated in the contract that we signed at booking. We did not receive our check in door code before we arrived but upon arrival the door was unlocked. Positives:The location was great! Loved the deck and the view! Quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable beds and couchSaw a bear in the neighborhood The hot tub was amazing. Loved the temperature and view up at the night sky Over all, we had a great time and we’re grateful for the stay.

The cabin was 2 levels with a bath on each level making it convenient for senior couple to not have to climb stairs. We had 2 dogs so the small fenced area was great for them. We were isolated from other cabins with trees and from the deck we had a nice view of the mountains.

Vicky was VERY responsive. Check in easy. We had a couple of tiny glitches when we arrived that turned out to be user error, (us). A quick text and someone was there within 15 minutes (on a Saturday evening) and the issues were quickly resolved. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet, cozy, no issues. Just as described. Peaceful, happy birthday and anniversary trip. I would recommend, and would stay there again.

We thought the property was all one level. Having two levels made it difficult for us. The property was hard to locate in the dark. The basic cleaning was good, but it needed additional cleaning such as cow webs on light fixtures.The view from the property was beautiful! The location was pretty close to town.Good supply of necessities. Communication with property owners was excellent.

Stunning views mountain top cabin

Advertises as handicap accessible, the bathroom doors do not accommodate a wheelchair. The parking doesn't accommodate the lift for wheelchair either. As for cleanliness, I would say “they tried” The instructions left in the home, no longer applied. I had to reach out to the host to clarify some things. The owner was very respectful and responded quickly. She was wonderful
