Great location! Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is not included but easy to bring your own and use their refrigerator and microwave or go to the Log Cabin Pancake House (highly recommend).

Loved our stay.. could use a little attention in some areas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The "black out"" did have holes in them, not enough to let in a ton of light,but were noticeable. Bathroom, while works for 2, is very small. Front desk clerks were very helpful with other places to eat, shop and visit. BEST music ever!!

There was no free breakfast, so we went out. Lunch and dinner were ok. Bathtub tends to not drain and the ac didn't cool at night. There were no rooms available to switch so we just slept there.

My kids loved the pool! The staff at the front desk helped get us information about the trolley schedule and made us feel welcome. We’ve always stayed in a cabin when visiting Gatlinburg, but this lodge is a budget friendly option that keeps you within walking distance of many attractions.

Before we even got to the hotel I had questions about the property and was able to speak with John, he was so kind and answered everything well! And then upon arrival he was also the same person who checked us in. He is so friendly and always welcoming to everyone in the lobby! The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great and the location is perfect! The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and also great customer service!! The only minor complaint I have is that I wish someone had told us about the carpet being ripped up on our floor, it just took us by surprise because the entry into the hotel, the lobby, elevator, all 5 stars but then we got to our floor and it looked like they were recovering from flooding! But it didn’t hurt our stay at all!!

Staff were overall absolutely wonderful. A huge shootout to the person who cleaned room 139 on 10/17/25 for doing an incredible job and making all of us smile when returning to our room after a long day to see my daughter's dozen stuffed animals all adorably arranged on her bed!!! The rooms definitely need some work as there was rust everywhere, loose door locks and sink faucet, areas of carpet fraying and coming unglued. Our room was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a goodnight of sleep despite the very comfortable beds.
