The location was great within walking distance of everything. The showed a newly remodeled room in the picture and I read over carefully before booking. Our hotel room was not newly remodeled. We had a sink outside the bathroom it didn't work had water shut off to it. All rooms were supposed to be non smoking however you could smell cheech and chong coming through the walls. We had booked for a week during this week we only came in late at night. Expecting our sheets to be changed ect. We even pulled sheets off the beds one morning before we left and threw them in the floor with towels our house keeper dug threw the dirty sheets on the floor got the towels out but, left the sheets laying there. We came in after midnight, I walked downstairs to get fresh linings and couldn't get anyone to the door of the office. They never took the trash out the whole time we were there, we done that. The evaluator were out of order the whole time we were there. We didn't find out until we had checked in, it was so late at check-in, when we found out the evaluator was not working, I went back to the office and once again nobody was there. Having to walk three flights of stairs caring all of our luggage three people for a week was exhausting. My husband has heart problems he can walk but, gets very out of breath very fast. When we checked out two days early I threw what luggage I could throw over the balcony onto our truck because, of the none working evaluator.
