I feel that 8am is a bit too early to be receiving text messages and emails about check out. Especially when we did not arrive to the hotel until after 9pm and checkout was at 11am.

The floors were sticky , the bathroom had a brown ring around the sink and the balcony door lock was busted and unusable . They were unable to move us to another room or refund our money. They gave us $20 off the resort fees. The entire facility is dirty and old.
