We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park.

The rooms have been updated and they were nice and clean and they smelled good when you walked in. It’s great walking distance to downtown for activities to do if you want to do things there in Gatlinburg and not too far to drive to this Smoky Mountains the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice hearing the river run by night. Had a decent breakfast.
