New rooms make this place better.

It’s a 15 or 25 minute walk to the Main Street, which is nice because there is less noise here. The hotel itself looks dated but my room was recently remodeled and looked and felt nice/comfortable. Covered parking was a bonus. The river view is alright; alright because the river itself is alright. Price was very affordable.

Good location and price. Property was just old and in need of updating. While room was clean the floor was peeling up and had a smell of mold to it. Bathtub while clean was very stained and rusted. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

AMAZING GEM OF A PLACE!!

Such a gem of a place! I love the lights by the water with the fire pits, hammocks, and picnic tables! So magical! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we had a darling fireplace in our room! The staff was so kind and friendly. We loved this place so much that we are already planning a trip back! The free breakfast was great too!

A bit dated but acceptable accommodations. Breakfast was the average fare; yogurt, wannabe eggs, turkey sausage patties, cereal, apples and make your own waffles. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Best feature? Trolley stop a one minute walk. Super easy to get downtown without a car.

The view was great, the front desk worker was lovely and we saw a bear. However the building itself was very old. The room had a puddle on the floor when we entered, the pillow was yellow, there was some sort of stain on the blanket and the ceiling of the bathroom was rotting. The balcony had parts that were crumbling and a large nail sticking through the balcony above us. I don’t normally write these but these things definitely need some sort of attention.

at first glance all seemed acceptable until closer look. Handprints all over front door and windows should have been my red flag. i was always taught that if a business cant manage to keep clean the front entrance /office which is what forms a first impression... then turn around and walk away. but against my better judgment, i did not. Bath tub walls had black mold in the crevices and red mold around spiket and drain and the floor felt as if it hadnt been swept. but the worst offense came as i was checking out. i had forgotten my charging cord so i went back to the office about 15 minutes after checking out and asked if it was ok to go back to the room and check for it. as i walked into my previous rental, their were two people making up our beds a man and woman both indian and speaking in their native tongue as if they were upset. my jaw dropped as i saw the two ( one on each side) pull up the severely disheveled sheet and quilt and tossed the pillows to the other bed and continue making up the bed. with our previously used sheets. i know this because the other bed was still unmade as we left it ,and no cart. no extra sheets in the floor were we left our dirty towels... they didnt even change the sheets. i was disgusted. i would advise not to stay here. unless you like dirty hotels and sleeping in someone elses oils and dirt.

Cute little place at the edge of town with rooms overlooking the river. Located in front of a trolly stop but we walked to downtown. Hot tub was nice. Clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast was good

Relaxing Family stay.

Such a beautiful area. While an older property it has so much to offer. The river view balcony is absolutely beautiful, trolley stop right outside the gates, mountain coaster, gas station, liquor store & hill Billy golf across the street. You’re .5 mile away from all the main shopping. However, the free trolley will take you to where you need to go. If you’re lucky your will get Ruthie the trolley lady, she’s the best if you have kids! Sing alongs while riding through the mountains. The pool area needs an upgrade and I’d love to see pancakes instead of waffles, oh the toaster needs upgrading. Last two things. The housekeeping is amazing they made my son’s bed even folded his cozy blanket. The man that works evening helped make a fire for us with anything he could find. He sure needs a raise! He chopped up wood himself and even made kindle since it’s been raining all week. Definitely worth the stay.

I thought this property would be quiet b/c it;s a little further from downtown but still walkable.However it must be near a fire station or hospital b/c all night long lots of vehicles with sirens went by. They also charged us a $10 environmental fee that was not shown when I booked the hotel and that really made me question my decision to stay there.
