This property is a nice clean place to stay for the money. It is snuggled in the mountains The bed was comfy and you can tell the rooms have been newly renovated. The staff was very nice also. I will stay here again.

Clean room, friendly folks. Conveniently located to our hiking trails. Flapjacks pancakes was wonderful 2 mornings. Maddog’s ice cream/bakery was awesome too. FoodKing grocery up the street w cheaper gas. Only complaint was room was to small for our liking No table to sit at n prepare out coffee.

info related to breakfast (served weekends only) .....the gentleman serving the breakfast was very eager to take each person's order and serve good food - but was for eat-in eating only and the seating was very limited so be prepared to stand in line and then wait on a place to sit. My situation was that I was on a schedule (soccer tournament) and it was too chilly to sit outside so standing and waiting for 20+ minutes and never making it to the front of the line was a deal breaker....their are two pancake restaurants very near-by so maybe that would be an option for some

The staff was very personable and went above and beyond other motels. We were particularly pleased that it was not in the middle of downtown and parking was easy. Very close to the National Park. We enjoyed the restaurants recommended to us. They even helped us find a faster route back to Knoxville!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The location was ideal—far enough from the busy areas to feel peaceful, yet close enough to reach all the main attractions within minutes. The view from our back door was beautiful, and the area felt both safe and secluded. Highly recommend!
