Great room for great prices. Just a little out of the way of the main strip but quiet. Only complaint was our toilet was rocky and sounded like it was going to break when we sat down. Would stay again.

This is a clean place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. It isn’t 4 or 5 stars. The bathroom is tiny. The road noise is very loud at night. It is nice not having to get in all the Gatlinburg traffic to have a place to stay. Breakfast would have been nice. Mike was super accommodating for our late arrival.

Super clean and comfortable. There was a trolley stop right outside which is a great way to get around Gatlinburg and avoid driving in the traffic there.

Brakfast was only on Saturday and Sunday but that was good for us. And the view of the water was nice behind room. The only thing that could have mad this stay better was a table in the room and one more pillow on the bed. Other then that we would definitely consider staying her again!

The local owners have done a remarkable job brining this motel back to life! Cozy stay that's close enough to the Parkway to not have to fight traffic, but distant enough to enjoy a slower pace. Some great restaurants just across the street as well! We can't wait to go back!!!

The place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The staff was super friendly, had great suggestions for local food and were all around amazing. Parking is plentiful and not hard to navigate at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean but we had a hard time with the shower. The hot water would stop mid shower cause a blast of ice cold water to occur. While invigorating it was uncomfortable. We never could keep any hot water longer than a minute or two.

The room was very clean and comfortable the hotel advertised free breakfast included but when we got there the staff said breakfast only on weekends was not happy about that one of the reasons along with great rates I book my reservation there

Kinda noisy

The place was clean, service was nice, loved having access to the steam. But it is noisy, very thin walls, lol. Could hear all the traffic and everyone coming and going and talking next door. The breakfast was pretty neat, made to order.
