The room was in good condition. Staff was very nice! Internet didn’t work unfortunately. Volume button wouldn’t turn down. AC was not very powerful at all. And for the premium pricing, I believe breakfast should have been included. Also there was no door in the shower which we didn’t like.

We were there 3 nights, room cleaned one time. Sheets not changed, not vacuumed, bathroom not mopped or cleaned.The elevators never got swept, there was a piece of cereal on the elevator floor the entire time we were there. We left a day early because we were tired of the nasty room.
