Amazing place

Perfect location, close to attractions and restaurants, you can get there walking It's very comfortable and the apartment is very equipped for a family. Clean and very cozy. I would love to come back again.

Great Location Great Communication

We were in Gatlinburg for a family reunion. The location allowed us to walk to downtown Gatlinburg (about 20 minutes) and walk to the other family members near Mynatt Park. We enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome!

I loved the condo. It is cozy and it has everything we needed. Plenty dishes, blanquets, towels. A gift box from Colonial with shampoo, soap and a bunch of stuff. We really enjoyed our stay. We were like 2 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg. I will definitely go back to this place. Super clean too!

Nice property. Convenient location.

The property was very conveniently located and the management team was excellent. Their communication was always timely and helpful. Some notes: The property was clean, the furniture well loved. While there is an elevator, if you have mobility issues, you should be aware that there are a number of steps up into the property. The elevator does not go directly to the floor.Overall, a great stay.

Christmas Vacation

We were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed here and checked in the day after Christmas. The condo was really nice! The master bedroom was huge along with the master closet and bathroom! The queen bedroom was smaller with a decent bathroom. The only complaint from the couple that stayed in the queen bedroom is that the closet was locked, so they were not able to put their suitcase away. The elevator was a nice added feature that we werent expecting, especially since we were on the 5th floor! Would definitely stay here again!
