Came for an evening at the spa with friends, Room was nice, but nothing fancy and not the cleanest. It was great to stay at the same hotel as the spa. Staff were friendly but only average customer service; was hoping to request a balcony and an early check-in, and the staff were unable to provide any information until arrival which was not very convenient and we didn’t end up getting a balcony. Better communication before arrival would be nice. Impossible to get parking as they seem very busy with the spa people not staying at the hotel.
