The room was very dirty and even dusty. No one answered front desk when we called, multiple times. The toilet plugged and when we called it took an hour for someone to show up and we were told we couldn’t get more towels till we brought those ones down. tv sucked

This hotel was probably one of the best hotels stays I've made to date. The front desk employees were personable and very friendly. The hotel room is exceptionally nice for what I paid for. With this kind of service and comfort, I'm likely to return for another stay, Five Stars.

Staff were amazing however the carpet in both of my rooms was beyond disgusting. Carpetnis in need of cleaning or replacement. I picked this spot as I was staying for one week and they looked like they had a nice gym with a great selection of free weights. When I got there, there wasnonly 6 in the stand. Looks likenthe rest had veen stolen snd had not been replaced.

The cons; there was no blow dryer in the room already. Very limited cookware and silverware. This is a suite but only one chair provided to sit on to eat at the table/counter area. Furniture needs updating- worn and wobbly. Sound proofing is low, you can hear people walking upstairs. Carpet in hallway was stained and had ripples you can trip on. Ww booked a king bed but only a queen was available. Place needs an update. Major con- at 11 am house keeping knocked on the door for 10 minutes even though checkout is 12 and we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Pros: clean, convenient location, good for the price. Full size fridge. Front desk staff was very friendly.

When we first arrived our room was dirty, sticky, and the refrigerator was not on. I went down to talk to a staff member her name was Maria, she was super helpful and kind and changed us into a different room right away. She did apologize and the second room we got was better. It was a little hard to cook in there with how little space there was but overall everything else was good. Everything was clean and organized.
