We had to move my daughter out of her first room due to the overwhelming smell of cat urine. Our room that was attached also had a musty smell. It activated my asthma. The beds were very comfortable though. The hallways smelled nice. However, at some point I got flea bites on my ankles from the room to the elevator. The second room my daughter had smelled fresh and seemed nice. Needless to say, we are probably not staying there again.

During our 3 night stay, the room above us loud all hours of the day and night. Not sure if it was a room for staff or why there was so much movement up there on 4th floor. Heard vaccum on and off, furniture being moved and just door closing and opening often. Also I think it's lame that gotta pay extra if u have someone temporarily visiting. Lady at front desk said it's extra fee. But they were only here to see me for 2 hrs during the morning. Should be allowed to offer guest to have someone visit during a stay without paying extra if they aren't even staying the night just a little visit. Basic hotel, no pool or anything special. The room itself was spacious tho. They should also update the old flat screen TV and remotes. The remote doesnt even go to the TV too so had to get up to change the HDMI inputs. And also we came as a family of 4 and were only given 3 hotels for our stay 3 day stay. Stay was just ok could of been better for price I paid.

The actual hotel itself isn’t bad but its customer service in the front office is the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life and trust me. I stay at a lot of hotels. The lady in the front is total very very unprofessional, rude loud disrespectful and unaccommodating lady I’ve ever met at the front desk office. She wanted me out of my room within 30 minutes after telling me past the checkout time and now she’s watching me like as if I’m a child getting the stuff out of my room. Also, you need a key. . Dirty room and floors throughout. Whole hotel smelt like marijuana and cigarettes. The tub had hair in it and the room was stocked with stained towels.

I am writing this letter regarding visit at 12901 Haster Ave Garden Grove Ca. My reservation was from September 19, 2025 to September 22, 2025. On 20 September around 9:57 PM. I went to the front desk because my room 234 was still freezing cold it was 64° I tried the thermostat on the wall to lower to up the temperature so it wasn’t so cold in the room. It did not work so I went downstairs and asked for more blankets. The Mexican lady behind the desk said the policies is every room has one extra blanket!
