Aside from the room being very old and musty our neighbor returned to her room well after midnight and her partner had locked her out. For well over an hour she continued to slam on that door trying to wake him. She didn’t care that she woke everyone else. There were so many people just meandering around the breezeway and lingering, it was ver unsettling and I definitely did not feel safe. Breakfast was a joke. No fruit. No meat, no hot eggs. Wow, worst stay of my life!

The first to rooms i got. 1 smell like dog. The other like cagarrett.. Benjamin at the front desk was very nice and gave me 2 other rooms...1 of my new rooms had a huge roach in my bathroom..after that i couldn't sleep all night..terrible experience...

Here’s a clear, professional, and corrected version that keeps your message strong but readable: ⸻ The staff was polite, though it’s hard to understand how this place is still in business. The moment we walked into the room, the smell was unbearable—strong, dirty body odor that made it impossible to stay, let alone sleep. The room was extremely filthy and difficult to even describe. The bedding appeared to have blood stains, and the bathtub was so dirty and in such poor condition that I wouldn’t recommend anyone shower there. The furniture looked worse than what you’d find at a thrift store. The walls were stained, and there were roaches in the room. We immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund. The front desk attendant didn’t even ask for a reason, likely because she was already on the phone with another location requesting a refund for another guest. We were charged $161 through this app, yet when we checked the hotel’s website, the same room was listed for $83 per night. After midnight, we had to find another hotel—thankfully, we did, otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car. This was a truly horrible experience!

Good stuff first: The customer service was excellent. The man that helped us check in and assisted us with an issue in our room was great. We didn't see any bugs, so that's a plus. There was a nice big refrigerator, which was also nice. However, the room itself was terrible. Definitely not the quality of the one in the photo. It was worn out and not updated and it smelled. I am disappointed that Wyndham put its name on this hotel. I would not stay here again and it only got 2 stars because the customer service was so good.

Room smelled moldy bathroom was soo dirty I refused to take a shower. There was a used dirty towel behind the bathroom door. There dirt caked between the shower and the wall. The doors were smudged with dirt. Light fixture in the bathroom was stained from some sort fluid. Felt like I was in a hotel in a 4th world country. I was soo disappointed I even refused eat breakfast there.

The stay was not good at all but because I could not get my money back I made the best of it first off the room I was put in had a bad odor and roaches and then the clerk asked me what I wanted to do because the roaches more than likely came from by the elevator which I did not understand but whatever works for him and then the 2nd room was a tad bit better just one stain on floor and no odor but the tub was terrible and the walls had spider webs on them my son was coming out the door to the one housekeeper telling him he wasn’t supposed to be there like he was lying about staying in a hotel like this I am like Really the clerk came in the next morning to claim he was checking to see if we were checking out I told him that I seen more roaches he acted confused and came in my room while we were getting ready to go to me he was just checking to see if we I guess damaged the already damaged room I will never return it was just for one night
