This property was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. It was nasty. There’s absolutely nothing good to say about it. Do not stay here. There was literally a girl in a thong and a bra when we got off the elevator just standing there.

The desk staff were professional but unable to help. When we returned from working the first day, we noticed that the room has not ben touched (beds not changed, dirty towels still in tub). I was told that was done every other day. I emptied the garbage cans and brought down the towels and got clean ones from the front desk The next day when we returned, the room was again untouched. I was then told that it is done.every 3rd day. I was flabbergasted at the misinformation. There was nothing written or explained about the paucity of room service. I use to use Days Inn when I travel but in the future I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff was nice but the room was absolutely disgusting. I ended up leaving. Tub gross, mold on surfaces, smelled bad, broken lamps and lampshades, water marks on paintings and lamp shades, ripped shades, faulty electric, chair in room was actually damp from the mold. Nightmare.

The place looks run down, the furniture was old, the tv kept freezing, the pillows had stains, and there was a guy that kept watching us. The other staff members were very pleasant and polite, but the picture on the site are not up to date and I didn’t really feel too comfortable. Honestly the only thing that was nice was their pool.

This property should be condemned. This advertisement was a total bait and switch. The room 224 that we were given was totally disgusting with a god awful smell, wet flooring, filthy dirty disgusting mattress, bathroom toilet was so low to the ground, burnt cigarette marks all over the tub, no water pressure in the shower. We could not even stay there and enjoy our planned weekend trip. We had to find other accommodation. The right thing to do is refund us our hard earned money or l will take my next steps. Please do what is right.
