The location proximity to the UF hospital was prime! The lake on property was lovely to decompress from the day. Madisson was extremely helpful at check in and very pleasant to deal with.

The first room had hair in the shower. I called the front desk and the girl said sorry but didn’t offer a solution. I called back and requested that we be switched to a room that was clean. They switched us to another room. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty so house cleaning came up and changed the sheets. It was uncomfortable because one of them was male and we were in our night gowns so we hid in the bathroom. Unacceptable and now the hotel just placed an additional $50 on my credit card, no explanation

Carpet smell

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and they have a big sign at check-in regarding eco-friendliness. Unfortunately, during this stay, the carpet had a horrible smell. Clearly, whoever is cleaning the carpet is not using the proper chemicals or the carpet is not drying properly, but it was really bad.
