Room was clean. Construction around the area mad it a little difficult to get around. The front desk clerk at check in was inconsistent to us at arrival. Just as I walked up to her in an attempt to check in, she answered a phone call. She ended up staying on the phone for 20+ minutes without acknowledging us. This was frustrating. She remains on the phone when she mouthed to me, “driver’s license”. She then checked us in without talking with us at all. I’m a Hilton reward member and was attempting to give her my number. When she finally got off the phone, (26 minutes), she said she couldn’t add the reward number. Hotel was nice though.

Staff were not super friendly. Bathroom was not very clean and water had a gross smell and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk with it when we found a baby lizard in our room on the third floor. Would not go back.
