Poor lighting no quilt for sleeper sofa ice machine out of service not enough towels provided & we didn't get to have breakfast because our iterinary said breakfast was served until 10:30 we went down around 9 kitchen was closed went to front desk and was told the serve until 930 but the kitchen was closed before then i showed front desk where it showed on our iterinary 1030 we had to go out an find a place that served breakfast very in convenient we hade a 1 hr wait when we finally found a restaurant

My husband and I had reserved and paid for our room a month before. When we arrived it was 6 people in line ahead of us which is understandable for a Saturday. When we get to the receptionist whom seemed very frustrated and also stated that he was, told us that we had to pay a 100 deposit which we didn’t know anything about and also the King size bed room that we reserved was GONE, which he stated it was first come first serve so we had to get a double queen room😬. Which I don’t understand because the room was already reserved and paid for a month ahead! 😡I will say that the room was clean.. thank God and the breakfast was good!

One of my rooms had no heat (temp outside was 28 degrees). Staff said he fixed it but he did not. When asked again we were given a space heater. It started making a funny noise while using it so we turned it off. We also saw water bugs in our room. The bed linens had an odor.

To start I’m a Travel Agent w Chase travel usually book w Marriott being a Bonvoy member but due to the only one being available was 35 miles from the event we were attending. The website says $50 deposit, I was charged $100, I booked a King bed and we got a double. My husband and I had to sleep separate. When I went to address the issue no one was at the front desk, they were “on break” The heat did NOT work we were freezing. I didn’t feel safe, due to the door not closing behind me. It was left open every time I opened it. I paid over $250 for a room that has rust and smelled like mildew and the beds were not comfortable. This was supposed to be a birthday trip my husband planned for me and I was irritated the whole stay. I tried to speak to the front desk and they said the manager Ahmed was not answering his phone. I will definitely advise any of my co workers and followers not to spend the money here.

The room was extremely unclean. There were old splattered stains on the door frames that looked like it had been there for a long time. There was water damage on the ceiling and black spots around it that looked like mold. It was disgusting.
