I was extremely disappointed by both the hotel itself & by the staff. Language differences were an issue. Nobody was ever at the front desk. I had to ring a bell and wait for assistance. The ice machine was broken, the phone in the room was broken, the room door wouldn't close completely, the A/C was extremely noisy, the linens had stains. The breakfast was a joke! Only cold eggs, one cold piece of sausage, no fruit or cereal, & the 3 biscuits that were there had mold on them. The coffee tasted like brown water, not coffee! When I checked out & asked for my receipt, I was told the printer was broken & to contact Expedia to get a receipt. I will never stay at this hotel again and it makes me woner about the entire Quality Inn chain.
