When we arrived Saturday one elevator was broken and the one working was very jerky and loud, scaring me as I rode to the 4th floor. The next morning both elevators were down and I had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs. I have many health issues and 2 hernias and this has caused me pain for FOUR days since I had to carry heavy things down 4 flights of stairs. UNACCEPTABLE. Will never stay at this location again!

Excellent room. Very clean. My only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable. It was clean, well made, just a little too soft for my liking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great place to stay.

First room we got has full of hair(assume pets) on both queen size beds. Call the front and never answer. Went don’t to the lobby and only 1 person in the front desk. Took 20 minutes waiting in line and get the room changed. Offered free snack bars items. They have 2 ev charging stations but both failed.

I had to switch rooms twice because of how dirty the rooms were. First room had hair all over the bed and the second room had bugs living in the bathroom. Each room smelled of mold and stale air. The carpets in both rooms were stained and the pillows smelled like sweat. Don’t let the other reviews fool you into staying here. Why would there be over 1000 reviews at 9.0 of a Holiday Inn in the central valley?
