Lovely Surfside View

New Listing: This home has been very well loved and maintained, inside and out. Inside you will enjoy visiting with your guest in the open concept Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen areas. Bedrooms will accommodate at least one couple in each of the room. Each room is set up for couples or single guest. One large family, multiple smaller families, couples, girls getaway, guys fishing trip, etc.

Outside you can enjoy views of the Intra Coastal Waterway (no beach views). Downstairs you will find a very clean and versatile area with table & bar stools, enclosed shower, water hose, BBQ Pit and a hammock. Great for hosing off kids and toys or just hanging out while cooking on the Pit.

Enjoy great birding and photography opportunities…so be sure to pack your binoculars and camera. The closest area of the beach to Surfside View is Pedestrian Beach. This is a small section of beach in Surfside that is for Pedestrians only…no vehicles, golf carts, atv's, etc. are allowed on the beach at any time. You can conveniently park along Beach Drive, and within a couple of steps you will be at the water's edge. You can also park at Jetty Park with bathroom facilities and enjoy the great fishing, walking the jetty and watching the cargo ships come in and out of the port. There is a gorgeous Butterfly & Nature Trail near the Splash Pad & children’s fishing / crabbing area. If you prefer to park on the beach then you can make the short drive down to Middle Beach or County Beach that allow vehicle traffic on the sand.

Fantastic getaway!

This property has all the amenities it claims and the pictures just don't compare to being there in person. The beach and splash pad are so close you don't even need to drive and the yard was more than big enough for all the kiddos to play in.

Overall great vacation

We had a great time. A older house a few minor things had to be addressed.The people were very nice to deal with. Great location. I loved sitting on the back deck and watching the ships go by and the sunset. Plus that we could walk to the beach. Loved that I got to have my family together. Which the house accommodated for. Left a day early since the hurricane was coming.

The A/C was a problem. The water pressure in the kitchen was horrible. The washing machine kept malfunctioning. And the refrigerator didn’t cool that well. The kids couldn’t sleep in the bunk room because bugs kept getting in the beds. The living room area was nice.
