The house was great! The beds were comfortable and the water wasn't smelly. The kitchen had all the necessary pots and pans needed to cook our meals. They had beach toys and a cart to use for when we went to the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and everyone had a great time. Matt was a very nice host and super quick to respond even up to the day of 1 hr before check-in when the VRBO app was glitching out. The beach is a short walk away and the house has great views from the two balconies. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting!

The house is great. We stayed for a long weekend in April. Matt was great to work with. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, blankets, and pillows, and it was very clean. The RO unit is a nice addition to keep you from buying as many bottled waters. The beach access is as advertised. It's about as close as you can be without being beachfront. We'd stay here again.

We had a glorious month long stay! This house is perfect. The views from both balconies are amazing. The beds are very comfy. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and furnished with plenty of towels and lots of extra amenities. The kitchen is really big; even washing dishes was nice because of the ocean view. There are beach chairs, toys and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Outdoor shower and nice hose to rinse everything off!This house will not disappoint, we will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely wonderful and very clean! Communication with the host was great and Timely. You can see straight to the ocean from the front porch and it's literally a one minute walk. The only complaint I have is the mosquitoes and ants are extremely bad, I'm sure there is a solution to those issues and once resolved this would be great. We used mosquito repellent and still was eating alive LOL

The house was clean and very nice. It was great to have all of the bathroom and kitchen accessories. The only suggestion I would have is to have some kind of chair in the living room. With 8 people, the couch was just a little crowded.

We’ve come to Surfside the last five years and this has been my favorite house we’ve ever booked. Little details like soaps, sound machines and super clean made it really stand out. Plus it’s a 90 second walk from the porch to the sand. The beach and bay views were gorgeous and uninterrupted. Hosts made check in and check out simple and easy! AC works great. House is well built and well insulated. Great patio furniture and beach cart/beach chairs/ beach toys were so nice. Highly recommend it!!

Weekend stay

We came to town for the weekend for a wedding and some besch time. This house is very well maintained and so comfortable. We were so happy with the little extras that were provided, especially the wagon and beach chairs. The walk to the beach is less than a minute and the views from the decks are beautiful. Management is very responsive and overall our stay was great! We hope to stay again soon!!

The property is in a great location and is close enough to walk to the beach. It has a fully stocked kitchen, and some extra items in the bathroom/laundry room just in case.Matt was very quick to respond to my questions and was pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

A Great Beach Getaway

Great house and great location to the beach. Nice views of the gulf. Enjoyed sitting on the main and upper decks with my dog and listening to the ocean. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Seahorse Bar & Grill restaurant nearby, we did carryout and brought it back to eat on the deck. This was my first trip to Surfside Beach and I would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house, great location

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 16 - 5) stayed mid-October and loved it. The house is well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds in a great location. An empty first row lot directly across the deck makes for wonderful views while eating or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea on either of the two decks. Walk to the beach is short and easily navigable. Host was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed.
