I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to family members and I’ve never had a bad experience here. It is a little dated but the renovations they’ve done on it make up for it. The bathroom towels are nice and thick, the beds are comfortable with nice soft sheets. There is nothing bad I can say about the place.

We booked this for a one night stopover since we were passing through the Fredericton area but did not end up staying. The place looked really run-down and did not feel safe. We checked in and immediately left to look for somewhere else to stay.

This is a pretty old motel, and it is showing its age. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was fairly new, and clean, lots of hot water. It was a very inexpensive stay, and it served our need well.

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning fluid that didn’t dissipate even with window open. No screens on the windows, felt nervous leaving them open but had to not to choke on the smell. No coffee maker in room and no plastic cups to have a drink of water to brush teeth. The office attendant did find us 2 plastic disposable cups and gave us the price of coffee for when the bakery attached to building opened at 7:00am. I found a Tim Hortons 4.2 km”s away at 5:00am to buy coffee as am an early riser.

The owner was very kind, accommodating and flexible. The check in space was a bit outdated but aside from check in that was the only time I was there. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I look forward to staying again!
