The room clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool which was great for the kids. The hotel was very loud though, hockey teams running the halls, doors slamming and a large event happening upstairs with a live band. I found the doors very loud when closing. They slam closed if you don’t catch it. Would have been nice to have a heads up from the front desk that there was a large event happen

Breakfast was not included( which was fine because there was a restaurant off the lobby. We also experienced several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, and the bed sheets were dirty—we found hair, stains, and crumbs underneath the top sheets. Additionally, one of the bathroom towels appeared to have blood stains when it was unfolded. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.
