The women that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. It’s not a high end hotel, but The room was clean. The bathroom was dated but clean. I have no problem recommending this place for the price.

Stayed one night. Checkin was somewhat concering. Hotels.com did not provide the right code to the hotel. They had my paid reservation but they were not paid by hotels.com. long story the hotel gave us the room and said they would work it out with hotels.com. staff was great. The restaurant and staff were effecient. Oir meals came hot. Room was very clean and well appointed all we needed for a great sleep. Also hotel very close to the on and off ramps

A large hotel with ample parking. Our room was very large and clean. Bed was comfy. The lounge and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks were great. This hotel also has the New Brunswick Country Music Hall of Fame in it. I also believe it has a Sports Hall of Fame too! Something to browse if you’re interested. Check in and check out went smoothly. Located close to shopping.

Staff were prompt, room was clean but noise coming from the hallway and outside the building was loud. It was just people talking in conversational volumes and yet it carried through the doors very strongly.

The staff were very approachable and made sure that I had a room with a bathtub as healing a sore back. Also, a fella from laundry took the trolley back for me to the front as it was a long way back with my back. I believe his name .ight have been Mike!!

We stayed here as they take dogs. The room was clean and the furniture was quite new, but there are ongoing renos at the property (including wet paint in the hallways -Aug 2025). It will be nice when it's done but i wasn't aware of renos when i booked.
