"I had booked a room with a king sized bed, and when checking in, they said they did not have anymore rooms with a king sized bed. I ended up receiving a room with two queen sized beds...it was a non-smoking room, but someone definitely had smoked in the room recently because that is all you could smell."

My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me to a kingsize bed but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was nice and the shower as well. I paid 600 for that room and i feel somewhat cheated. My heat was also not working properly. The room was freezing at times. I wouldn't return. That continental breakfast which was really just a snackbar with coffee was a joke."
