1. Stayed two nights and room wasn't cleaned or supplies restocked. 2. Stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day. I payed the two days and a $50.00 deposit which they said would be reimbursed 3 to five business days. It is January 16 and I still have not received it yet.

I spent money was a Deluxe Room, 2 Double Beds tween I got there the was small and dirty looking I went back to the desk and told them that’s not a Deluxe Room, 2 Double Beds he was like that’s what you book for and I told him no it wasn’t look up what I book for and look it up and Me all you did but they changed it to a standard cause they didn’t have nomore Deluxe Room, 2 Double Beds but I told that’s what I paid for tho and and when I was online they said it was 7 left and hurry up and booked it but anyways I ended up staying the room it was so nasty I had to sanitize the room cause the was nasty towels was dirty glad I brought my own stuff it’s like they gave me the nasty room and when I woke up it was a bug on the bed I called Expedia to get half my mom back I couldn’t cause I stayed but that’s not right I should’ve got half back cause that’s not the room I booked

Parking was good... Initially remote was not working for TV, most of the channels did not come thru.. Room was regular and was supposed to be Premium upgraded, it was definitely Basic, but hotel was sold out... Pretty sure there are Residents here... Was not clean or upgraded as booked... No breakfast... Towels were not clean, no l coffee or snacks as promised when booking...
