That is definitely not a Marriott hotel—at best, it's like an Extended Stay America. I won’t even mention the exterior, but the room I checked into had no heat! The maintenance worker tried to fix it for a long time but couldn’t. It was already past 11 p.m., so I decided to change rooms. But the front desk told me I had to go down to reception to get the new key card. Since I was already in my pajamas, I asked if they could bring the card up so I could pack my things. Yet, she actually said, "There’s only one person on duty," and it wasn’t convenient for her! 😱😱 So I had to change clothes and go down to reception to get the key card for the new room. And they gave me an accessible room! Seriously?! By the time I rearranged everything and got into bed, it was already after midnight. From the time I woke up until I checked out, not a single person said "sorry" or even acknowledged what happened.

Terrible stay- do not recommend

Room entry key did not work after two times trying to reprogram keys. Room was not made up between nights. Had to request clean sheets. There was blood on the sheets and it appears the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. Had to request clean sheets and make the bed ourselves
