I’m a big fan of this place! Be mindful you get what you pay for! Very close to the beach well managed - been here several times. Front desk ppl don’t play- I wouldn’t either - they appear to to be able to handle a lot all times ive been. Could use some updates- They do a good job at cleaning: overall a good place!

The Ocean Beach Club hotel is a quaint place to stay. It was clean with many amenities within walking distance. We stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise…what a great location and very affordable.

Staff was friendly, the pool area was nice, but there is definitely no hot tub if that is important. The walk to the beach is a good 10 minutes. However, the hotel is on the main road where people drive loud vehicles so pool experience and sleeping on street side can be annoying. Also the hotel has not been kept up giving it a feeling of being 'run-down '. And it is quite a drive from airport.

The room and overall building is an old, decrepit building. Sure, there were some nice upgrades with a cute lobby and nice tile work in the bathroom, but the carpets were old and ugly, our sheets were stained, and the pool (not the one in photos) was run-down and ugly.

No one came to change the linen, no one vacuumed the room, the pool was advertised as an inground pool, but it was a small pool that was dug into the ground in the backyard of the hotel. There was no daily cleaning and they charged for everything he also had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper which they charge the room for. There are so many other wonderful hotels in Fort Lauderdale. I would absolutely skip over this.
