Our room was clean. The couch was missing and we didn’t get the bedside essential oils. One side of our bed was broken and had a crater. I’ve never seen a bed like that. The grounds were messy with trash. The place need some care.

Room was clean and smelling fresh. Bed was comfortable. It’s a fairy older hotel but functional. I did not mind the old shower. The lady at the bar was very good to me. She went out of her way to help me find dinner that night as I arrived late. I realized most customers were going on cruises. Though a little further from port Everglades and FLL airport than I thought, it’s doable distance with less traffic.

Our room had an old musty smell and about 5 nice size stains in the carpet. My husband and I love to stay in high end hotels and couldn’t believe they think it’s okay to book a room in n those conditions, I guess that what happens when we book a last minute trip.
