This home truly has everything for a group of friends to hang out or a big family to get the real feel of a So Flo vacation. You won't be disappointed!

Quiet very family friendly neighborhood, very safe!

You can rent a car or golf cart or uber around! Within a few miles of beach, grocery store, target and more!!
- Absolutely no parties, small get togethers are allowed but must speak with host prior to.
- Do NOT for any reason leave any doors or windows open at anytime!
- No smoking indoors, smoking outside is allowed, please dispose of butts properly.

This home was beautiful! It had all the conveniences necessary for a large family stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great proximity to restaurants, grocery and beaches. All positives!!If I had anything to suggest to the host, I might suggest a few more loungers on the pool deck (there were only 2) and maybe the outdoor chairs need replacing (3 out of 6 had the seat fabric busted out). All in all, a great place to stay.

We stayed for a week for a low key spring break as a family of 5. The house was really nice and spacious. The pool was a big hit. It was very close to an Aldi so we were able to cook at the house often enough. My favorite part were the iguanas that hung out on the roof soaking up the sun. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The house was really nice. It was clean and has everything you might need for a stay. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as we were on the go most of the time. The location is great if you want a quiet neighborhood at night. Callie was responsive and has a done a great job keeping this place nice. I would recommend this place.

The home was clean, roomy, and very comfortable for the 10 of us making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Check-in was a breeze and Callie was a great host. Very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
