Pet friendly (with a fee). Ample well-lit (free) parking area. Front Desk staff was kind, helpful and professional. King Bedroom had tons of space, was clean and comfortable. TV remote was not working, but a quick visit to the Front Desk had us back in the room with a new working remote.

Lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful! Air conditioning was felt as soon as we walked in our room which was so lovely. No issues with our room, very clean, comfortable bed. Looked to be lots of parking but we did not drive here. Would definitely come back!

convenient parking-clean room and bath-liked the tile floor-awful metallic sound on 1 side of the bed-free coffee in the lobby-did not replenish the 2 packs of in room coffee (et al) for the entire stay(what good is an in room coffee maker if there is no coffee to use it with)-towels were NOT replaced;as they were used they were removed but not replenished (had to shower at my sister's house)-bed had an unattractive bedspread/covering tucked in like a sheet would be,exposing underneath

My main issue with this hotel was the room service provided or lack there of service. Everyday I had to ask for towels, soap, etc. and even when I did ask I would not receive items and ended up having to go to front desk to get items. Also the room was dusty. The room was big so that was only plus.
