The hotel charges for parking in spite of being in a suburban commercial area. The room is very nice, the hotel is quiet and safe BUT housekeeping was a total disaster. In an 8 night stay housekeeping was done to a normal standard twice. Once the sheets and towels were removed and not replaced. When I got back to the room at 8 pm, no sheets at all. On another occasion housekeeping had not done anything. No towels replaced, no clean glasses, the broken sink stopper was not repaired and the garbage was not removed. Again not back to the room until after 8 pm so no way to contact housekeeping and needed the front desk to again round up the security and handymen to do the housekeeper's job. Because of the recurring housekeeping issues I got to know most of the night shift people at the hotel on a first name basis.

The front desk was very nice. Chris was amazing at the front desk. Housekeeping was the worst. The room was dirty the housekeeper clean my room as a stay over put the pillows on the couch not back on the bed without putting the pillows back on the bed they also didn’t put any pillow cases back on the bed. When we first checked in with asked front desk for a sheet set for the couch bed. The young lady delivered them she actually had on flip flops which was so unprofessional I’ve never seen such thing in my life. The housekeeping teams is the worse ever

Room size was good and once we got there the hotel had arranged connecting rooms for both my reservations, which was really great given I had not thought about asking for this. Location was great. Last day we found a small cockroach in our room. AC would turn on and off by itself even if we manually turned it off. One day it blew hot air. The elevator was quite slow. And finding a turn to use the washer/dryer was impossible since the laundry room only had one of each.
