The dining room opens to family room w/ fireplace .Home is in the heart of Lauderdale by the sea,15 minutes from the world famous Las Olas boulevard located in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Upon entering this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house, guests can enjoy an open and light atmosphere with a large, newly renovated living room and brand-new kitchen that features a beautiful view of the backyard’s private heated pool and large pool deck area.Two of the three bedrooms include a private entrance to the pool . The master suite includes a king-sized bed with a flat-screen television, and the other two bedrooms includes queen size beds with a flat-screen television also. Decor by interior designer. Beautiful dishes, glassware, all accoutrements for entertaining. The Intracoastal- House to make it feel like a home . Weeks were spent putting everything together, we have everything you would possibly want and need while on vacation - soaps and shampoos, coffee, coffee flavorings, Keurig for 1 cup, a coffee maker for a pot, lots of extra towels, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, smart TVs everywhere, plenty of on-site parking, 2 bicycles,1 paddle board patio furniture and an infrared outdoor grill so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas, luggage carriers to help bring your luggage , a pack and play and highchair for the baby, and just plenty of room to spread out and relax when you are not out and about enjoying Fort Lauderdale !
