DEEP WATER BOAT DOCK with ocean access, 65 ft frontage ideal for boats of any size. Only 3/4 mile from the main FLL marina.

The house was clean and had all the basic necessities. The king size beds were very comfortable. The house was located centrally with readily access to the highway. The outdoor patio furniture was a bonus and well used. We had fun watching the iguanas sunbath on the deck.

Florida was cold no heat provided, windows in 1 room had only a plastic shield over the existing window wind blowing right in. Dishwasher was not available, coffee pot did not work. Looks like they are trying, needs a lot more work. Yard needs some important TLC. Washer and dryer are outside. Did not have much room enough to open the fridge and wash dishes. Did have a stove and microwave.I was disappointed to say the least

Our host was great! The property and house were clean and waiting for our arrival. Very close to all the cool atteactions and roads needed to get there. The laundry was a great bonus to prepare our return home. Beds were comfy and provided great rest. Very satisfied with the experience start to finish.

Pictures are deceiving. House is in poor shape, everything is connected with extension cords. Stains on bed, cabinets do not close properly. No circuit breakers, this is old fashioned fuse box. Screens on windows are filthy. No heat in house. Fans do not have proper switches to turn on or off. Huge plastic plants in house need a good dusting.
