No problem with staff. No problem with room cleanliness. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors on either sides. We also heard the squealing of the hot water pipes when neighbors would take showers, and sometimes that was fast past regular bedtime. I loved how it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We could see the intercostal waters from our room. I got what I paid for. It was a last minute planned trip and a cheap price for the area. I would stay here again.

This building is in a desperate need of an upgrade. It is old and musty. The water is yellow. We complain to the hotel and they blamed the town. We have friends staying in other hotels in the immediate area and they had no such problem. The shower has almost no water pressure. The microwave and stove in our unit did not work. The Internet was constantly down. This place is not worth the money at all. Stay away after yourself a favor.

The room was good. I’m probably not the best person to review since I typically stay at places like the Ritz Carlton. I was short on time so needed a quick getaway and my high end hotels were all sold out.. it did feel like I was in an apartment.. this would be perfect for the average lower middle class tourist. I would’ve given it a five if it were highly updated with newer furniture and touches, very dated., it felt like the typical timeshare basic space with a bedroom. Location wonderful, room was acceptable. They didn’t have a frying pan, which was strange so bring yours. I bought one….

We had a room with a balcony facing the beach. It was close to the beach 1 block away. Restaurants within that block with good food. Rooms need updating but were very functional. Cleaning staff did not speak English so i went to front desk for supplies. We would stay here again.

Room is quite dated but was more than adequate and clean. There were long waits for elevators as 1 was almost always out of service. The hot tub, which they advertise as one of there main amenities, was out of order, and from talking to others it seems it had been for several weeks at least. Our suite was on the 15th floor and had a great ocean view over the top of several blocks of other buildings. Doubtful you would have much of a view of anything below the sixth floor. Beware "ocean facing" rooms as opposed to "ocean view rooms." While it looks like it is right on the beach from the pictures, it is actually a couple blocks away. It is not like an all inclusive where you walk out your front door right on to the beach. Additionally, this section of FL beach has very few restaurants and shops, and what there is, are not top of the line. Staff were all friendly with big shout out to Mike at the Concierge desk who really knows his stuff. op of the for

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. It's super close to the beach and reasonably priced. They have beach towels for you if they need them. The gym is sufficient for what it is while traveling. They have a pool and rec room. The only thing about the rooms is that some of the entry ways are super narrow and that's right where the kitchen is. There's not a lot of counter space for cooking or washing dishes. But it worked and I cooked meals everyday there with all the dishes, pans, utensils, and mini fridge provided. If you have the cheapest room you probably have on of these split rooms like we had instead of one of the full size rooms which looked really nice as I saw in one when it was being cleaned. Plenty of parking. Overall it's a great place to stay though and I'd stay here again.
