One queen bed and a window AC unit.



There is no kitchen. A microwave, toaster and mini-fridge are provided. We provide plastic cups, plates and utensils.



Coffee: We provide a Keurig coffee maker and four coffee pods for the first morning. We no longer provide a drip/filter coffee maker.



Wi-Fi: Two high-speed internet connections (Comcast and AT&T) provide redundancy. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the property for streaming 4K movies and video calls.



There is no washer or dryer.



A pack-n-play is provided.



All of our TVs (in all units) are 4K Smart TVs (mostly Samsung). They have apps preinstalled for Netflix, HBO, etc, and you can sign on to your own streaming accounts. We do not, however, have cable. Local channels are very limited.



Beach gear: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide beach umbrellas, but you can rent them at some beaches. We do not provide snorkeling gear.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, featuring a microwave and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
