Property was beautiful! How ever we stayed in the 4th floor with the water view. Close to the train track. It was very loud and the train came by like 45 mins or so. Otherwise it’s a 10/5!!! The staff was amazing. I can’t wait to book again.

Gorgeous suite with floor to ceiling windows on the water. In-room wasner/dryer with detergent sheets. Just 2 elevators for 40 floor building so prepare to wait - or walk. But I’d return in a heartbeat!

Would give 5 stars but learned upon check in there is a daily resort fee charged and this is not noted prior. Also charges $75/day (up to $500) for damage that should be refunded within 24 hours of check out. :( Modern, clean rooms. No housekeeping service. Located by train tracks with active trains. Room comes with washer & dryer, full stove & frig, and Nespresso coffee pot.

Flu Fort Lauderdale is definitely the place. I would highly recommend for overall value and beautiful views as well as amenities, especially in your room, lobby and pool. You’re just at the stones throw away from the beach enjoy.

It was clean and the property is situated near a great breakfast restaurant. Staff were very professional. Room aesthetics were clean lines. Thank you Flow! Room was a bit noisy but understandable due to the club outside. I will recommend it for individuals who do not have children.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The unit had everything I needed — including a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen — which made the stay feel easy and convenient. The location is also excellent, with a grocery store about a 10-minute walk away. My room faced the train tracks, and cargo trains passed by quite frequently. They were loud for a few minutes at a time, though I imagine this would be much less noticeable on higher floors. For train enthusiasts, it might actually be a bonus. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had several packages delivered before my arrival, and they took great care of everything. And a small but lovely detail: the hotel smelled really nice! I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is also an apartment building so staff has to deal with residents while hotel guests wait. The line at 4pm check in was insane. The room was not ready until 45 mins after check in because "housekeeping is backed up". When we got into the room two members of the housekeeping staff were sitting down at our kitchen table. No TVs in the bedrooms. The most uncomfortable couch where your head leans on a painting. Trains sounds like it is running through the building all day and all night. Early morning BLARING construction sounds. Broken washer dryer so I had to pack wet clothes to take home.
