Bright apartment on the first floor, without lift, of a typical Florentine building located in a strategic area of ​​the historic center close to the major tourist attractions. The property consists of four spacious bedrooms, two of which are doubles, one triple and one single, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room with both a small balcony. Wifi connection and washing machine available. A set of towels and bed linen is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in you will be asked for your identity document or passport for registration at the Department of Public Security. If you do not have the documents or do not have the required data, by law we will not be able to check-in.
- The check-in time slot is from 2.00pm to 8.00pm;
- Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at the cost:
• From 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 50 Euros
• From 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, 80 Euros
• From 00:00 am to 02:00 am, 100 Euro
- Check-out is scheduled for 10:00;
- The presence of any other guests must be authorized in advance by our staff;
- Please avoid loud noises and avoid slamming doors after 10pm; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment;
- Pets are not allowed on request
- Cot and high chair are available on request, at a cost of €20 per stay;
- If something breaks or gets damaged, let us know, we will come and check it;
