The air conditioner in room 227 doesn't work properly. I called the front desk a little after 2am and nobody answered. By the time I checked out I had only 2 hours of sleep in a very hot room. The woman who checked me out told me that I must not have known how to operate the air conditioner, so it was my own fault I was hot. Wow. Condescending and rude. Do not recommend a stay here.

The Inn was very cozy and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. Elevator is a little scary as our first time it took a while to move and made a loud thump noise but good news is it’s only 3 floors so stairs are an option.

We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They have a bar where you can get food. The bartender/server was great. Lake City is a quaint little town that is rebuilding itself and with beautiful people and places.
