Definitely recommend this stay. Very spacious and clean. Had a nice balcony in both rooms. It was very authentic inside and reminded me of where we were staying in Florence. The beds were comfy as well and the host was very responsive when we were checking in!

This place is in a fabulous location. We were allowed to check in early which was awesome. The communication up to the check in was outstanding. After check in the communication wasn’t as good. WHen we checked in there wasn’t a remote for the air conditioner. The gentleman said he would message his colleague. I hadn’t heard anything back so I messaged again 6 hours later to see if they had the remote. I was told to look around the apartment and check in the couch. I checked in every drawer and crevice-no remote. I was told again he would message his colleague. Another 14 hours passes and I ask again about the remote. I get a message that it would be there. Eventually the remote arrives and he gets the air conditioner started. I ask him to show me how to turn on the one fan and hair dryer that we couldn’t get to work. He videos both not working and tells me he will buy a new hair dryer and drop it off after 5. The hair dryer never arrived. We went out that night and turned off the air conditioning to be environmentally responsible. We couldn’t get it to turn back on. We took the tape off and put the batteries back in and replaced the batteries to no avail. We purchased dish soap so we could wash our dishes. In other places dish soap has been provided. There was a clothing washer which was needed. There was a huge tub and a walk in shower. Sadly there was grime or mold in between the tiles in the shower and around the tub. There were stains on the couch.
