Florence’s best kept secret! Large clean rooms, ours had a large balcony so we could easily sit outside. On quiet residential street with supermarket at one end and bistro at other. Few minutes walk to T1 tram line which runs regularly to midnight. Exit at S.M Novella Train station and then straight walk down to centre of city in 10mins. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Large social common room. Did hear some noise from other rooms but overall great stay.

Amazing experience. The property is far from the SMN station but can be easily arrived at through the local tram. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The brkfst was also nice and the nearby area is also great. The only request if a TV can be provided in family room.

Hotel was really nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was very helpful, close to the tram, room with a nice view from the balcony, laundry facilities onsite was very convenient. One interesting tidbit is that the toilet was inside the shower so after taking a shower, toilet was all wet. Hotel is also in a residential area so dining options are very limited.

I was worried about a bedbug issue as I saw a comment after booking but the single room I stayed was clean. However, I would not recommend if you are too sensitive to sound as you can hear the water running through the pipe in the wall all night. The sound did not bother me that much.

Friendly and professional

This is a very friendly and professional facility in proportion to its prices with a decent location, an excellent breakfast option and fast wi-fi connection. The fridge and hair dryer in the room were particularly appreciated as well. The only problem during this time of the year were the mosquitoes, which kept getting inside the room despite all the windows closed. Perhaps some anti-mosquito air fresheners could be added to the rooms to address this. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a variety of stay types in Florence.

We stayed for 4 days, traveling to close points and back at night. It was very handy. There was a tram three blocks from the hostel. Very handy.

Det bedste hostel, jeg har boet på!

Fint moderne hostel i rustik stil med nem adgang til tram mod centrum. Fine værelser, jeg havde endda egen altan. God service i receptionen, som er døgnbemandet. God morgenmadsbuffet og fine fælles arealer i stueplan. Det kan helt klart anbefales.

¿Sabían que el hotel es una antigua residencia de novicias? Nada queda ya de eso porque el edificio está reformado y decorado de un forma moderna y preciosa. Los espacios comunes son muy bonitos. Las HABITACIONES son amplias con todas las comodidades, nuevo y plenamente funcional, con balcón. Todo siempre LIMPIO. El desayuno, espectacular, hay de todo. Pero el PERSONAL es lo mejor del Hotel. Amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron en todo. Pillamos huelga de transporte público y se encargaron de pedirnos un taxi. Uno de mis acompañantes se sintió indispuesto y se preocuparon y nos prepararon una manzanilla. Pone que es un Hostel pero tiene la calidad de un muy buen hotel y el PRECIO es bueno. En menos de MEDIA HORA se llega andando al Duomo y también hay una parada de TRANVÍA a un minuto con lo que es muy fácil ir y volver al centro o al aeropuerto. Que tenga servicio de CONSIGNA para dejar las maletas se agradece. Lo único que diría negativo es que las luces de los baños son muy tenues pero es una nimiedad. 100% recomendable y si vuelvo a Florencia, repetiré estancia aquí.

スタッフがとても優しく、フィレンツェの事も教えてくれた。 朝ごはんがとてもおいしい。種類も豊富で飽きなかったです。 清掃スタッフもとても素敵な方で、部屋を綺麗に保ってくれました。 一点だけ気になる点をあげるとすると、部屋のオートロックが壊れていたと思います。 部屋の中からは鍵がかけれるし、貴重品は置いてなかったので、私はそこまで気にしなかったけど、、、

문을 닫아도방음이 전혀안되서 옆방에서 떠드는소리와 바깥 차소리가 다 들려서 밤에 시끄러워요. 아침식사가 괜찮은편인데 따듯해야할 음식들이 식어있는것들도 많음
