The location of the property was excellent for sightseeing most of Florence by walking. About a 10 minute walk from the train station, about a 15 minute walk to most of the Piazza’s, and about a 30 minute walk up the hill to Michelangelo Piazza. Plenty of space in the apartment for 4 to 6 people. The only comments I would have to anyone prior to booking is if you are looking for outdoor space or views from your window… This is really not your place. Additionally, I would suggest to the host that they should provide some of the basic necessities for their guests, like soap and shampoo.

The pros: This is a fantastic apartment, clean and spacious in a beautiful building and great part of town. It’s been newly renovated. It was very comfortable for our party of four.Con’s: there was a miscommunication on how to access apartment. Instructions came in on WhatsApp and not through email or on the VRBO website. This was resolved. The water heater did not work properly and the water pressure was very low. I think these two issues can be resolved. Other than that we absolutely loved this property and hopefully the cons will be resolved because we would love to stay here again.
