Comfortable apartment located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, in a very central position, thanks to its strategic position, the accommodation allows you to easily reach the main services and points of interest on foot. As it is located on the third floor without an elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment includes a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a living area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.

Wouldn’t return

Check in was a breeze with a happy staff member taking us up to the apartment. After she left we then noticed how dirty the apartment was. Mouth floss and hairs on the bathroom floors, all shelves and tops covered in dust. The rug in the living room thick with dirt I could go on. We ended up doing a full clean with our own supplies. The hoover was completely blocked so I had to take it to pieces to clean the clogged filer out and the blockage of hair/dirt in the tube. What annoyed me was the manager had a dedicated WhatsApp that she used to get in touch with me and said if there are any problems just to let them know. When I did this she ignored me. It’s a laugh that the terms sheet I signed it said there was 90 in the bill for cleaning. There was a useless AC unit in the living room while the bedroom had nothing, it was so hot that at 3am we had to move into the living room to sleep on the couch even though it was 27c in there with the AC. The shower had two options, freezing cold or boiling hot. Whatever it decided. All in all the apartment is rather dated and the pictures made it look far nicer. The linen and towel were pristine though! One last point to note. 3rd floor can confuse as some countries count the ground floor as 1st. So bear in mind it’s four full flights of stairs. 0 being the ground floor.

Great spot

Easy to get to from the train station and walkable to all the things you want to see. Owners were very friendly and communicative. A great comfortable spot with plenty of room. Just be prepared for 4 flights of stairs.
