The apartment spans 80 square meters and has a modern layout, featuring three double bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and an additional half-bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine.
Ideal for those who appreciate elegance and modern design without the extravagance of luxury, while valuing the charm of a historic building, this apartment is sure to please.
IMPORTANT note: The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator and spread across three levels, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.
