This hotel is lovely decorated and situated centrally near all “must see” in Florence. Also the hotel has a very beautiful garden with cozy areas. The staff is very nice and the food is amazing. We also visited the SPA and had a nice massage, all a very good experience. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Florence.

Hotel is a lovely location in the city. Walking distance from the train station. When you enter off a busy street the space is peaceful and opens to a fruit tree garden with a spa. We booked massages and enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio in the garden. Was a perfect 1 night getaway.

It was a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous very relaxing with blue lights in the shower. I enjoyed the spa. The only problem is you need to make reservations for the pool/sauna/hotub and sometime that might be inconvenient.

Hotels in a great location the staff is phenomenal. Breakfast is delicious. Spa is a great way to end your day the Outside Gardens are a peaceful oasis in the middle of Florence. We were only planning to spend four days and end up spending two weeks would go back again in heartbeat.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Everyone was welcoming and attended to our every need. Beautiful garden/courtyard. Expansive breakfast buffet. Delicious food for all 3 meals and desserts.
