CHECK IN: I checked in on line, even provide a photo of my ID, which I was very reluctant to do, but I was like oh, I will be able to just pick up my key and avoid the hassle. Get to the hotel and the first thing they do is ask for my ID…..which they already had! Look at the ID, look at my face, do they match? YES! YOU DON’T NEED TO SEE THE ID THAT I ALREADY GAVE YOU!!!! Room: Bathroom door was severely beat up. Other than that the room was fine, but I’m still steaming over the check-in thing. Won’t be wasting my time with that ever again.

Not the friendliest check in by staff, barely a hello. Property seemed clean, room was fine for one night. Sketchy area, people hanging around the back area of the hotel would scatter when i walked to my car. Moved my car to a safer location toward the front of the hotel later in the evening. Breakfast area staff was friendly. OK breakfast, not the best.

Parking lot was dark very inconvenient for those with disabilities. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk and when she did arrive there was no friendliness or welcoming. We missed breakfast because we were told it is only served from 6AM - 9AM even on the weekends. It was not worth getting up that early for continental breakfast. This was a last resort for me and will probably not stay here again unless desperate.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, except the top of the toilet seat itself (not the lid) was dirty at the back. We cleaned it off ourselves because it wasn't worth having a staff member come to the room. The bathroom did not have any hand soap at the sink area, and the heating/AC unit was very noisy and rattled loudly.
