The property has an excellent location, right between the train station and the Duomo. All major attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than what you typically find in European hotels. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to keep you satisfied until lunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Ok the hotel is very perfectly located as everything is walkable especially the train station and duomo. The hotel building is old and needs a paint , remodel, and definitely new carpets. That said .. the room was comfortable as it was big with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, staff was friendly so no major complaints. Breakfast buffet was ok’ish, good for morning fuel thats it

The Hotel is old but clean. It is perfectly situated near to the train station and city centre. The Breakfast room ceiling is an absolute work of art! The staff were all very polite and helpful. My only issue was the heating in our room was on full bore and couldn’t be turned off/down. It was 23-24’C during our stay so the room could get hot. There was air conditioning but it seemed a waste to heat the room then cool it. We visited Florence and Siena and both were fantastic.
